By using SkillVector, you agree to a few simple ground rules.

1. The Service

SkillVector gives you access to a digital skills audit and, if you choose to purchase it, a personalized career roadmap. You agree not to use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to copy our website or extract our data.

2. Simple Pricing (No Subscriptions)

We don't do hidden fees or recurring subscriptions. Our free tier lets you see your skill gaps. If you want the complete, step-by-step transition roadmap and printable portfolio, it is a one-off payment of $25.00 AUD.

3. Third-Party Links

Your roadmap may contain links to third-party websites and course providers, some of which may be sponsored. We do not control these external sites and are not responsible for their content, pricing changes, or the quality of their educational materials.

4. Refunds & 14-Day Guarantee

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for initial premium report unlocks and graduate pathway unlocks if you are not fully satisfied with your results. To request a refund, please contact us via our contact form within 14 days of purchase. Please note that report refreshes (costing $5) are final and non-refundable.

5. Ownership

The design, layout, and text of SkillVector are owned by Clear Stride Consulting. You are free to download, print, and share your personal roadmap portfolio with employers or mentors to help advance your career.

6. No Warranty & Professional Advice Disclaimer

SkillVector provide reports, roadmaps, and recommendations on an "as is" basis and make no warranty, express or implied, that they are fit for any particular purpose, career outcome, or financial result. None of the content on this site should be taken as legal, migration, financial, or regulated personal advice. You should consult a registered professional before making any financial or career decisions. The user is responsible for their own decisions and shall hold the site not liable for damages. All decisions about whether to apply for a course, role, or program, and any decisions by an institution, employer, or provider to accept you, the fees they charge, and the payment terms they offer, are matters strictly between you and that third party. SkillVector is not a party to those arrangements and accepts no responsibility for their outcomes.

7. Indemnity

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless SkillVector and their officers, employees, and contractors against all claims, losses, damages, costs, and expenses arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, your reliance on any report or recommendation, or your dealings with any third-party course provider, employer, institution, or payment processor.

8. Resume Retention

Your resume content may be retained by our system for as long as you maintain an account, so you can revisit and refine your reports. To manage our resources we may, at our discretion, elect to purge resume content older than 120 days; you can always re-upload a fresh copy at any time.
